Parts may be returned within 30 days for a full refund according to the terms below:
All parts and cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase and require a valid Return Authorization Number. We do not accept returns after 30 days. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please enter your email address and order number below. You may also submit a support ticket here within 30 days of purchasing your product and we will email a Return Authorization Number with instructions.
Returns can’t be accepted without an Return Authorization Number.
Please be aware that you might receive multiple Return Authorization Numbers if you are returning multiple products and It is very important to return each items to the correct return location with the correct Return Authorization Number. If products are returned to an incorrect location, credit will not be issued or significantly delayed.
We DO NOT Accept Returns on OPENED Liquids or Electronic Parts
If a part doesn’t fit, don’t try to "make it fit" and risk damaging the part, your car, or yourself! AutoThreads is not responsible for any costs exceeding the cost of the part, and we will not accept returns of parts that have been installed or modified.
To receive credit, a returned part must be complete and in its original, unmarked manufacturer’s packaging. Returns may not be refundable if the part, or the manufacturer’s box, is damaged while in transit to our warehouse. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What is a Refundable Core Charge?
A Core Charge is a refundable deposit on an old/used auto part. When the used part from your vehicle is returned to us, we recycle it and the charge is refunded to you.
Instructions for Core Return:
You must return the old part in the box from the new part. To return your "Core" or old part please submit a support ticket here
and we will send you instructions. You are responsible for return shipping.
